About Boilermakers Local 107

Local 107 was founded in Milwaukee as a Railroad and Field construction division in 1936. We were later chartered as a field construction lodge on October 12, 1954 and have served the State of Wisconsin at this capacity ever since. Our location has changed over the years and we now reside in Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee. Local 107 is a subordinate local lodge of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers.

Our goal as a Union is to make sure that our members are educated and well trained in order to provide a qualified , skilled and safe worker for our signatory Employers and Clients. This is accomplished through the accredited apprenticeship training program and continued journeyman upgrade courses required of the membership through the Boilermakers National Apprenticeship Program and the Boilermakers MOST programs. Ultimately, the end result is faithfully serving the membership while also providing the needs of our Contractor and Owners.
